is a company dedicated to assisting K-12 school districts throughout the Rocky Mountain states. We do not charge districts for our services. We simply care. A district’s limited annual equipment replacement budget, kitchen remodels and even new schools deserve to have quality equipment that meets production and serving applications.
Corine_squared_600Corine Hunt, owner of LEFSA, began her foodservice career in 1981. She has worked in school kitchens training operators in the use and care of equipment and testing new equipment technologies. She extensively studied food science relating to retherm of precooked foods and the protection of food moisture and crispness to serve nutritious, appealing foods to students. Corine has trained hundreds of kitchen staffs and is proud to have the opportunity to assist your school district.

  • Owner of Foodservice Marketing Consultants, a company focusing on assisting school foodservice directors in California and Nevada.
  • Worked as Western Regional Vice President for Winston CVAP marketing to schools, headquartered in Louisville
  • Worked as manufacturer representative for Total Source Foodservice headquartered in Phoenix
